1. Electronic Total Station Mapping
Traditional tape and level measures lead to grid errors. We deploy Electronic Total Stations with laser range-finders to map reference pins and grid elevations before excavation, ensuring structural columns align perfectly with blueprint specs.
2. High-Strength Concrete Mix Design
We compile batch concrete recipes under strict water-to-cement ratio controls to create M20, M25, and M30 grade concrete. Cube test specimens are cast during pouring to execute compression audits at third-party testing laboratories.
3. Engineered Formwork & Shuttering
To achieve clean concrete columns and beams with zero structural voids, we utilize engineered steel/ply formwork with high-quality shuttering oils. This guarantees clean concrete faces that receive plaster rendering smoothly.
4. Optimized Rebar Hooking & Anchors
Rebar bending schedules are detailed according to Indian Standard (IS) codes. Overlapping rebars are bound using standard ties to guarantee tensile loading is carried continuously across column-beam joints.
