Q: How do you establish project cost estimates?
We review structural engineering blueprints, architectural layout designs, soil test metrics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Our engineering supervisors prepare detailed item-rate or lump-sum contract estimates based on material requirements and manpower sizing.
Q: Do you execute foundation-only or structural-frame-only contracts?
Yes, we accept specialized substructure foundation contracts (excavations, PCC, footings) as well as vertical structural frame contracts (RCC column grids, slab casting, brick masonry) along with full turn-key building executions.
Q: What quality checks do you perform on concrete?
We perform on-site slump tests to check workability and cast standard concrete test cubes during every pour. These cubes are cured on-site and sent to certified third-party testing laboratories to audit compression strength at 7 days and 28 days.
Q: How are road and drainage infrastructures coordinated?
For campus layouts and commercial plots, we lay the subsurface drainage pipes and build inspection chambers before rolling and asphalt-compaction of access roads. This protects roads from early water damage.
